Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις και παρακολουθείς καθημερινά τις παραλαβές εμπορευμάτων στην αποθήκη.
- Καταχωρείς και ολοκληρώνεις τις παραλαβές στο WMS.
- Ελέγχεις, καταχωρείς, αρχειοθετείς και παρακολουθείς τα παραστατικά παραλαβών.
- Διασταυρώνεις στοιχεία παραλαβών και συνεργάζεσαι με το λογιστήριο για την ολοκλήρωση της τιμολόγησης.
- Ελέγχεις και παρακολουθείς τις καθημερινές κινήσεις Inbound & Outbound.
- Προετοιμάζεις και ενημερώνεις αναφορές για τις κινήσεις και τη λειτουργία της αποθήκης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντονισμός παραλαβών και διασταύρωση στοιχείων παραλαβών.
- Διαχείριση παραστατικών και παρακολούθηση κινήσεων αποθήκης.
- Χρήση WMS και ERP για λειτουργίες αποθήκης.
- MS Office και Excel για σύνταξη αναφορών.
- Reporting και διαχείριση αποθήκης.
- Επαγγελματική Εκπαίδευση / Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

Ως Junior Logistics Support Officer, θα υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία της αποθήκης, με έμφαση στον συντονισμό και την καταχώρηση των παραλαβών. Θα διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχετικά παραστατικά, θα συνεργάζεσαι με την αποθήκη και το λογιστήριο, ενώ παράλληλα θα παρακολουθείς τις καθημερινές κινήσεις…
