Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις προϊόντα προς χρήση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα έντυπα παρακολούθησης της γραμμής παραγωγής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον υπεύθυνο βάρδιας για τεχνικές βλάβες και αποκλίσεις προϊόντων
- Ελέγχεις τις πρώτες ύλες και τις τεχνικές βλάβες
- Φροντίζεις για την καθαριότητα της γραμμής παραγωγής και του εξοπλισμού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ορθής πρακτικής
- Έλεγχος πρώτων υλών και τεχνικών βλαβών
- Καθαριότητα γραμμής παραγωγής και εξοπλισμού
- Διαχείριση εντύπων παραγωγής και έλεγχος αποκλίσεων προϊόντων
- Προετοιμασία προϊόντων και τήρηση διαδικασιών παραγωγής
- Εργασία σε βάρδιες, ομαδική εργασία και εμπειρία σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων

Ioniki Sfoliata SA was established in Northern Greece in 1991.
We are one of the key players in the production of frozen food in the Greek market. We are a vertically organised production company with a leading position within the food service sector & PL.
Both our head-office and production are located in the city of Thessaloniki. Our production unit covers an excess of 5.000 sq. meters within a plot of 25.000 sq. meters land.
We also running two branches, the first is in Athens since 2002 and the second in the island of Crete since 2006. These two branches fully cover (sales, warehousing, logistics) our customers network in the capital area and in the south region.
Our exports to Europe, Australia, US & UAE are growing significantly over the last few years and its an area of our business that strategically is positioned as one of our key priorities.
