As a Supply Chain Specialist at INTRALOT, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:

•Managing the entire lifecycle of procurement contracts, from creation to completion.

• Negotiating with vendors and securing favorable agreements.

• Conducting market research and benchmarking to discover new suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.

• Coordinate procurement activities and maintain supplier relationships.

• Monitoring purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines according to contract terms.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement plans.

• Developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings.

Job requirements

What Will You Bring

•Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or purchasing, ideally in IT or Telecoms industries.

• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and flexibility, including willingness to travel internationally when needed.
