- Υποστηρίζεις τους διαχειριστές προσφορών στον συντονισμό συμβολών από πωλήσεις, μάρκετινγκ, διαχείριση προϊόντων, οικονομικά, νομική και τεχνικές ομάδες
- Διατηρείς και βελτιώνεις τη βιβλιοθήκη περιεχομένου προσφορών με επανασύνταξη και επιμέλεια υφιστάμενου και νέου περιεχομένου
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς εξειδίκευση σε συναφείς κλάδους όπως gaming πλατφόρμες, διαχείριση λογαριασμών παικτών, υποδομές και τηλεπικοινωνίες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Σύνταξη προσφορών και τεχνική συγγραφή με ισχυρές δεξιότητες γραφής και επιμέλειας
- Γνώση διαδικασιών δημόσιων προμηθειών και πλαισίων συμμόρφωσης
- Κατανόηση προμήθειας hardware και software, αρχιτεκτονικές συστημάτων και IT λύσεις
- Απαιτείται άπταιστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών
- Δεξιότητες συντονισμού έργου και διαχείρισης περιεχομένου
- Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Informaticsκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Bally’s Intralot is looking for a Presales & Bidding Specialist within our Presales & Bidding team. Your role will be to craft high quality, compelling and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Company’s value proposition. You will transform complex technical and business information into structured, persuasive proposals that effectively align with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Involved in the bid preparation process for selected accounts, ensuring responses are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications.
Develop persuasive content for RFPs/ RFIs ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company’s value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.
Support bid managers in coordinating contributions from a variety of functions and teams including sales/account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal and technical teams, as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties
Maintain and enhance the proposal content library, by re-writing/ editing proposal responses, re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.
Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant industry-related fields (i.e. gaming platforms, player account management, infrastructure and telecoms, implementation services, operational services).
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related field (Master’s preferred).
1-3 years of experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing within a presales or bidding environment.
Familiarity with public procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
Understanding of hardware & software procurement, system architectures, and IT solutions.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to structure complex information into clear, persuasive proposals.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
Fluency in Greek & English, both written and spoken.
