junior automation test engineer

As a Junior Automation Test Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our gaming platforms through modern test automation practices.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Build and execute test plans and cases for various functional areas.

• Create and maintain test automation suites.

• Get hands-on with automation testing using Java.

• Analyze test automation results and generate detailed bug reports.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, architects) to ensure smooth feature integration and high-quality deliveries

Job requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in software development with Java.

• 1+ year of experience in automation testing using Selenium, RestAssured.

• Experience testing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Jira/Bamboo, Jenkins, Jira/Zephyr).

• Familiarity with mobile test automation using Appium (Android & iOS) or a strong willingness to learn.

• A collaborative mindset, but also the ability to work independently when needed.

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of web technologies and hands-on programming and testing skills.
