- Ταυτοποιείς τιμολόγια προμηθευτών με εντολές αγοράς στο ERP
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη συμφιλίωση τραπεζικών υπολοίπων με το σύστημα ERP
- Επιλύεις ερωτήματα προμηθευτών και πελατών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα εσωτερικά τμήματα για τη συλλογή δεδομένων και υποστήριξη των επιχειρησιακών μονάδων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Καταχώρηση δεδομένων και λογιστικές εγγραφές
- Οικονομική αναφορά και συμμόρφωση με λογιστικά πρότυπα
- Ταυτοποίηση τιμολογίων και εντολών αγοράς
- Συμφιλίωση τραπεζικών λογαριασμών μέσω ERP
- Χρήση συστημάτων ERP (πχ SAP)
- Προηγμένες δεξιότητες Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Αγγλικά
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Λογιστική / Οικονομικά

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As an Accountant at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Perform all the data-entries
Assist in daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Record accounting transactions such as revenue, expenses, fixed assets, receivables in accordance with relevant statutory regulations
Match supplier invoices with POs in ERP
Handle reconciliation of bank balances with the ERP system
Perform other accounting/finance duties as assigned
Investigate and resolve vendor/ customer queries
Interact with other internal departments to ensure data collection and support relevant business units
Job requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:
University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
A proven record of 2+ years performing similar tasks
Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Good knowledge of SAP environment will be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
