- Πραγματοποιείς προχωρημένη αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων για περιστατικά και ζητήματα παραγωγής
- Αναλαμβάνεις την παρακολούθηση και καταγραφή προβλημάτων με στόχο τη βελτίωση διαδικασιών για επαναλαμβανόμενα ζητήματα
- Αναπαράγεις περιστατικά και επαληθεύεις διορθώσεις μέσω regression testing
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάλυση ριζικών αιτιών για την αποφυγή μελλοντικών διακοπών ή προβλημάτων ποιότητας
- Εργάζεσαι με ευελιξία σε βάρδιες και ενίοτε ταξιδεύεις διεθνώς λόγω παγκόσμιου πελατολογίου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση συστημάτων Linux και Windows
- MySQL και γνώση Oracle ή Mongo DB
- Εργαλεία Παρακολούθησης όπως Nagios, Grafana, NewRelic
- Automation Testing και Γλώσσες Scripting
- Υποστήριξη Εφαρμογών και Διαχείριση Συστήματος
- Επικοινωνία στην Ελληνική και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική Λογισμικού / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As an Application Support Engineer, your role is both dynamic and pivotal. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations by:
- Monitoring and resolving open production issues at the 2nd level within designated timeframes.
- Promptly initiating a "Problem" report when the root cause of an incident remains unidentified.
- Conducting advanced troubleshooting for production incidents and problems.
- Taking ownership of problem monitoring and tracking, with a focus on process improvement for recurring issues.
- Reproducing incidents and validating fixes through regression testing.
- Contributing to root cause analysis efforts to prevent future outages or quality issues.
Flexibility is key as this position may require shift work and occasional international travel due to our global clientele.
Job requirements
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, SW-QA, or DEVOPS.
- Have solid system administration skills, particularly in Linux environments (Windows experience is a plus).
- Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with Oracle or Mongo DB.
- Bonus points for experience in automation testing and scripting languages.
- Be familiar with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, and NewRelic.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.
- Prioritize teamwork and value collective success over individual achievements.
