Working as a German Customer Service Representative, You Have:

• Fluency in German, both written and verbal

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in travel or airline-related roles

• Previous call center experience is a strong asset

• Excellent communication skills

• Good knowledge of world geography and general awareness of global regions

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus or Sabre, along with a solid understanding of travel rules and documents, is a big plus

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset – able to think outside the box and adapt when needed

• Willingness to go the extra mile to support both the customer and the team
