Working as an English-speaking Customer Service Representative, You Have:

• Full English proficiency

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience

• Call center experience is a strong asset

• Some finance knowledge – whether through studies, previous experience, or personal interest in the markets

• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a calm, solution-focused approach to customer support
