Intellectica is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Associate on behalf of a leading Tech Retail Company. Based in Attiki, Greece and reporting to the Head of Treasury, the successful candidate will play a key part in monitoring cash flow, card banks reconciliations, reporting, and daily treasury controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong accounting background and exposure to treasury processes to further develop within a structured and collaborative corporate environment.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability

• Manage and maintain bank and card provider agreements, ensuring accurate execution and follow-up

• Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including cash flow statements and KPIs

• Perform bank and card reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank statements and accounting records

• Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate transaction postings, settlements, and bank fees

• Support month-end closing activities related to cash, bank, and card accounts

• Contribute to the development, optimisation, and documentation of treasury processes and internal controls

• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus

• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting; exposure to treasury processes is highly desirable

• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially in SAP, is considered a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of banking products and card agreement procedures

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent knowledge of English (fluent in both written and spoken English)
