Intellectica is seeking a Technical Project Manager on behalf of its client, a digital solutions company in the media-tech, publishing, and platform services space based in Athens, Greece. Reporting to the Production Director, the ideal candidate will drive project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and will be responsible for aligning product development efforts with customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Aligning product development with customer needs, market trends, and strategic business goals
• Owning end-to-end project delivery across the full software lifecycle — from requirements gathering and scoping to QA, deployment, and post-launch evaluation
• Managing project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation across simultaneous initiatives
• Translating product and business objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones
• Driving effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and QA teams
• Tracking progress using project management tools and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies)
• Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery
• Overseeing release readiness, including QA sign-off, deployment scheduling, and stakeholder communications
• Communicating status updates, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Enforcing standards for documentation, change control, and knowledge transfer across project teams

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing software product development in a technical project management role
• Strong technical fluency; able to engage confidently with engineers across architectures, APIs, and code workflows (hands-on experience is a plus but not required)
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and architectural frameworks
• Experience with mobile and web ecosystems
• Strong documentation skills
• Fluent in both English and Greek
