Intellectica is recruiting a data-oriented Technical & Facilities Manager on behalf of a leading Supply Chain and Logistics company. Based in Aspopyrgos, Greece and reporting to the Chief Environmental Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of equipment and building infrastructure, managing technical projects, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. This role plays a vital part in optimizing the technical and operational efficiency of facilities while supporting company-wide sustainability goals.

 Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Overseeing the maintenance and technical operation of facilities, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring continuity and efficiency

• Managing technical projects, upgrades, and expansions, including coordination with external contractors and vendors

• Leading health and safety compliance across all departments, including internal protocols, staff training, and regulatory updates

• Driving sustainability initiatives and reporting, while promoting environmental awareness across the organization

• Monitoring departmental budgets, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting executive reporting as required

• Ensuring security measures and insurance coverage are in place for buildings and technical assets

• Keeping up to date with changes in building regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance frameworks

• Any other work that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with solid knowledge of building and warehouse licensing frameworks

• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing complex projects

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

• Fluent in Greek and English
