Intellectica is recruiting a Senior Advertising Manager on behalf of its client, a prominent media organization with a strong footprint across print, digital, and other content platforms. Renowned for its influential portfolio and commitment to innovation, the company is evolving into a dynamic, tech-driven media group dedicated to delivering high-quality content. Based in Athens, Greece, this role reports directly to senior commercial leadership and plays a key part in cultivating client partnerships and driving advertising revenue across multiple channels by offering customized, cross-platform media solutions.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration
• Identifying opportunities and providing integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and other media platforms
• Developing and delivering customized proposals and sales strategies aligned with client needs
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all media types
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to adjust commercial approaches as needed
• Achieving and exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators
• Advising clients on campaign optimization for maximum impact and effectiveness
• Tracking campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights and results
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Media Studies, Business, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in advertising sales within media, publishing, or related industries; exposure to Digital Media Sales is considered a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts strategically
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (XLS)
• Existing client portfolio will be considered a strong asset
• Fluency in Greek and English
