Based in Athens, the candidate will be reporting to the Chief Sales Engineer of the firm.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to promote high-quality pumps and increase market share
• Quotation preparation (datasheet, commercial offer, pump curves, quality dossier)
• Investigating customer needs and assisting in their fulfillment
• Co-operating with other team members in the coordination of sales efforts
• Collaborating closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and technical details, ensuring accurate communication of product benefits and capabilities to clients
• Implementing the set sales plan and continuously monitoring results vs targets
• Monitoring and evaluating direct competition
• Any other task that may be required from time-to-time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Degree from a Technological/ Polytechnic University
• Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pumps industry
• Experience with AUTOCAD or similar applications is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluency in English
• Drivers’ license
