Intellectica is recruiting a SAP Data Entry Specialist on behalf of its client, a leading accounting firm known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in financial services. Based in South Athens, Attiki, Greece, the successful candidate will be assigned to support SAP operations for a client in the hospitality sector, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of data-related tasks.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Performing data entry of accounting records and general data entry in the SAP system, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded
• Maintaining consistency and accuracy across all SAP input workflows
• Conducting necessary archiving of documents, invoices, and receipts, both in print and electronically
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow
• Any other tasks that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a University or Technological Educational Institute
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a general accounting position
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Previous hands-on exposure to SAP is desirable
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in Greek GAAP
• Fluent in Greek and English
