Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing a sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners such as real estate agents with the aim of enhancing sales outreach
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, monitoring competition and market developments, and preparing market research reports
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management, monitoring relevant KPIs relating sales targets to track progress towards and identify areas for improvement
- Conducting property viewings for and presentations to potential buyers and investors, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of the properties to generate interest and close sales
- Leading negotiations with clients to close deals; ensuring all property files are organized and sale agreements are prepared in a timely and precise manner
- Collaborating with the company’s marketing department to implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other equivalent; certifications or seminars relating to real estate are considered a strong plus
- 7+ years of professional experience in sales
- At least 3 years of experience in the residential real estate/hospitality sector
- Exposure to real estate documentation and contracts, including ownership titles, topographic layouts, land registry extracts, pre-sales agreements, and others, is considered a strong plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is considered a plus

- Willingness to travel (mainly within Greece)
