Based in Corinth, Greece, and reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily production operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the production unit.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines
• Continuously improving production workflows and identifying opportunities for cost and time savings
• Scheduling, supervising, and ensuring the effective completion of maintenance and technical work for production equipment
• Leading, training, and managing the production team (up to 30 people), fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards in collaboration with the Quality Control Department
• Participating in quality assurance audits conducted by regulatory bodies and customers, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Measuring production KPIs, track productivity, and proposing actionable improvements
• Contributing to short-term and long-term planning for production, investments, and factory development
• Working closely with the Commercial Department to maintain and expand customer relationships and support business growth
• Collaborating with strategic suppliers on production-related matters to ensure smooth operations

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Degree in Production Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, or a related field (TEI/AEI)
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment; preferably in the food industry
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures
• Proficiency in production management systems and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Fluency in Greek and English
