Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Planning, organizing, directing, and executing daily operations to exceed customer expectations
• Assuming full accountability for production, ensuring impeccable quality standards, and guaranteeing on-time delivery
• Planning and coordinating production schedules and activities
• Supervising operations and initiating corrective actions as needed
• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Establishing a strong working relationship with the team to address questions and provide manufacturing guidance
• Providing support and guidance to craftsmen to enhance performance and maintain a safe working environment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (TEI/AEI)
• At least 6 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment
• A strong background in the production of industrial machinery or related products
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures
