Intellectica is recruiting a Logistics & Operations Coordinator on behalf of its client, a leading provider of engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, the company is expanding its team to support a growing portfolio of international projects. The Logistics & Operations Coordinator will coordinate onshore logistics and offshore mobilizations to support the timely and compliant execution of global marine operations. Based in Attiki, Greece, the role reports to the Operations Manager and involves occasional international travel.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Coordinate global transportation of project equipment, tools, and machinery via sea, air, and road freight

• Manage documentation and procedures for temporary imports/exports, ATA carnets, and customs clearance

• Liaise with customs brokers, port agents, freight forwarders, and local authorities for regulatory compliance

• Support selection and coordination of mobilization/demobilization bases, yards, and quayside facilities

• Ensure cost-effective logistics aligned with project schedules and offshore mobilization timelines

• Provide on-the-ground logistics support during vessel mobilizations and site operations

• Track shipments, maintain accurate records, and report deviations or delays to project teams

• Manage logistics budgets and contribute to accurate cost forecasting for mobilization activities

• Support risk assessments and contingency planning for logistics operations

• Ensure adherence to international trade, transport, and environmental regulations

• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and operations, preferably in offshore, marine, or energy sectors

• Solid knowledge of customs regulations, temporary import/export processes, and bonded cargo handling

• Proven experience in coordinating international logistics for complex projects across multiple regions

• Familiarity with offshore mobilizations, vessel loading, and equipment interface management

• Relevant certifications or technical background in logistics, shipping, or international trade is a plus

• Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and logistics software

• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, inspections, or mobilizations
