Based in Attiki, Greece, the successful candidate will report directly to the Field Service Manager (coffee equipment). The primary objective of the successful candidate is to ensure the timely execution of the preventive maintenance schedule across coffee shops and solve any arising mechanical & electrical issues to ensure continuity of store operations.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Delivering comprehensive technical support to coffee shop locations, addressing needs via phone and/or on-site
• Conducting detailed repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment, both in the company’s workshop and at various store locations
• Overseeing the installation of new mechanical equipment at store locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality
• Providing expert technical guidance on the operation and maintenance of the company’s mechanical equipment, offering solutions to complex issues as they arise
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization for laboratory equipment and installations, ensuring optimal operational conditions
• Supervising and managing the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability and timely procurement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment performance and contribute to ongoing improvements in maintenance practices
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Diploma from a Technical/Vocational Educational Institute in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Good understanding of machine operation and maintenance
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
• Willingness to travel as required
