Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily site operations and gaining hands-on experience across all phases of construction.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting daily site operations and ensuring smooth workflow across teams

• Coordinating subcontractors and technical crews to meet project milestones

• Communicating with design teams to clarify drawings and resolve on-site issues

• Monitoring project timelines and reporting progress to senior engineers

• Assisting in procurement coordination and delivery scheduling of materials

• Tracking inventory levels and ensuring availability of site resources

• Preparing basic technical reports and maintaining project documentation

• Participating in weekly office meetings for planning and alignment

• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in Mechanical Engineering; A Master’s degree or certifications in relevant areas will be highly welcomed

• Up to 2 years of experience in construction or site-based roles

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite

• Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)

• Completed military service (where applicable)
