Based in Aspropyrgos, Attiki and reporting directly to the company’s COO, this role focuses on IT support, ERP system (SoftOne) management, and business reporting using data analytics. The successful candidate will collaborate with an external IT partner and internal teams to ensure smooth system operations, security, and accurate business reporting.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing and maintaining the ERP system (SoftOne), ensuring smooth functionality and resolving user concerns
• Analyzing data from the ERP system to provide actionable insights on department performance and overall business efficiency
• Developing and maintaining business reports for all departments using SQL, BI tools, and Power BI
• Implementing and optimizing data analytics solutions to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making
• Collaborating with an external IT service provider to ensure effective system support and troubleshooting
• Providing IT support to company users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitoring and enhancing IT security measures to protect company data and infrastructure
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SoftOne
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of IT security best practices and system administration
• Completed military obligations (if applicable)
