Intellectica is recruiting a passionate and talented Designer on behalf of a leading London-based architecture and design studio, that provides architectural services across a wide range of project types. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to both the Lead Architect and the Managing Director, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality design solutions, primarily for residential, commercial and office interior projects.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting the design and development of creative concepts for residential, commercial, and interior projects
• Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using ArchiCAD (2024), aligned with project goals and design direction
• Collaborating with senior team members to develop and refine design presentations and technical documentation
• Assisting in the creation of feasibility studies, mood boards, and visual presentations to clearly communicate design intent to clients
• Coordinating with internal team members and external consultants or suppliers as required throughout the project
• Contributing to the maintenance of design quality across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Staying informed about current design trends, materials, and innovative techniques, especially in the residential and interior design domains
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

 Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural design working in an architectural or design studio, with a strong focus on residential and office interior projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (2024) and/or other relevant 2D & 3D software
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Strong rendering skills will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
