Intellectica is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of its client, a leading premium event rentals company with a strong focus on creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The company serves both local and international clients, offering tailored solutions that combine functionality and aesthetics. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing incoming client requests, preparing offers, and creating basic visual presentations to support proposals. This position offers significant exposure and growth opportunities within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the inquiry and proposal process
Managing incoming customer inquiries, primarily via email, ensuring timely and professional responses
Preparing and sending detailed offers through the Atlantis system, maintaining accuracy and consistency
Creating basic 2D/3D visual presentations, using design tools such as Photoshop, to illustrate proposals for clients
Coordinating with internal teams (management, warehouse, administration) to ensure feasibility and alignment of offers
Maintaining organized records of client communications and proposals for follow-up and reporting
Supporting the Sales Manager in day-to-day tasks and contributing to process improvements
Occasionally creating advanced visual materials for major proposals, including presentations of new equipment, venue layouts, 3D photorealistic renderings, and aesthetically curated combinations of furniture and art de la table using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and AutoCAD
Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
BSc in Business Administration or a related field
1+ years of experience in customer support or administrative roles
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, AutoCAD is highly desirable
Comfortable working with CRM or ERP Systems (preferably Atlantis) and MS Office Suite
Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal); strong verbal and written communication skills in English, as the role involves frequent interaction with international clients
