Intellectica is recruiting a Business Development Executive on behalf of its client, a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting firm in advisory services across tax, accounting, finance, payroll, real estate, and related business solutions. Based on Piraeus, Attiki, and reporting directly to CEO, becoming their trusted right hand, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base and strengthening its commercial presence in the Greek market.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities across Greece, with the aim of expanding the company’s client portfolio
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and market mapping activities
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company’s service offering in a compelling and consultative manner
Work closely with the CEO on the company’s commercial strategy, acting as a key partner in driving sales growth and business expansion
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a high level of trust, responsiveness and professionalism
Prepare proposals, commercial offers and tailored follow-up communication based on client needs
Represent the company in meetings, networking events and business development activities across different regions of Greece
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions and pipeline progress, ensuring structured follow-up and visibility of opportunities
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field would be desirable, though not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience
3-7 years of total professional experience in sales, business development or a similar commercial role within a Business-to-Business environment
Previous experience within the services sector; experience in consulting, financial services or accounting will be viewed positively
Proven experience in new client acquisition and business development within the Greek market
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greece, according to business needs
Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
