Based in Athens and reporting to the Account Director, the successful candidate will assist in strategizing and executing communication and promotion activities for the company’s clients, contributing to high-quality solutions that support client objectives and business growth.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting with briefings, follow-ups, presentations, and proposals for above and below-the-line strategies, events, and digital campaigns
• Helping to monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinating with internal teams (financial, creative, digital, media, and technical departments) to ensure smooth project execution
• Contributing to the building and maintenance of strong client relationships through regular updates
• Assisting in providing solutions to client issues, ensuring their satisfaction while safeguarding the company’s reputation
• Staying informed on client competitors and industry trends to support account strategies
• Any other task that may be required from time to time

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• University or College degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in a communications, marketing, or account support role (internships included)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Greek and English
