- Εκτελείς αλλαγές στις εντολές αγοράς σε συνεργασία με τη γραμμή επιχειρήσεων
- Υποστηρίζεις τους αιτούντες με διάφορες διοικητικές δραστηριότητες
- Συντονίζεις με αιτούντες και την ομάδα αγοράς για επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Παρέχεις έγκαιρη, ακριβή και σχετική υπηρεσιακή πληροφόρηση
- Επιλύεις προβλήματα βάσει υφιστάμενων διαδικασιών και οδηγιών
- Αναφέρεις ζητήματα που απαιτούν διαχείριση στον προϊστάμενο
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Γερμανικών και Αγγλικών
- Επικοινωνία με Προμηθευτές και Προσανατολισμός στην Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών
- MS Excel και χρήση MS Office
