Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και καταχωρίζεις χειροκίνητες λογιστικές εγγραφές για δεδουλευμένα, προσαρμογές και αναταξινομήσεις.
- Εκτελείς μηνιαίες, τριμηνιαίες και ετήσιες συμφωνίες λογαριασμών ισολογισμού και επιλύεις έγκαιρα τις αποκλίσεις.
- Προετοιμάζεις χρηματοοικονομικούς ελέγχους και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με εσωτερικές πολιτικές και IFRS.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον κύκλο ζωής των παγίων ή ροές γενικής λογιστικής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων δεδουλευμένων και προπληρωμένων εξόδων.
- Υποστηρίζεις εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους παρέχοντας τεκμηρίωση και επεξηγήσεις για συναλλαγές.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τοπικές επιχειρησιακές μονάδες και οικονομικές ομάδες για τη συλλογή δεδομένων και την ομαλή λειτουργία.
- Συμβάλλεις στην εναρμόνιση διαδικασιών και συμμετέχεις σε έργα βελτίωσης της αποδοτικότητας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λογιστική: γενική λογιστική, χειροκίνητες λογιστικές εγγραφές και λογιστική παγίων.
- Συμφωνίες και έλεγχοι: συμφωνίες λογαριασμών ισολογισμού, χρηματοοικονομικοί έλεγχοι και υποστήριξη ελέγχων.
- Αναφορές και ανάλυση: IFRS, λογιστική και χρηματοοικονομική πληροφόρηση και χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση.
- Δεδουλευμένα και προπληρωμένα έξοδα και βελτίωση διαδικασιών.
- ERP συστήματα, Microsoft Excel και Google Sheets.
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα.
- Λογιστική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
