Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και καταχωρίζεις χειροκίνητες λογιστικές εγγραφές για δεδουλευμένα, αναταξινομήσεις και συμψηφισμούς.
- Εκτελείς διαεταιρικές επαναχρεώσεις και εκδίδεις τιμολόγια.
- Ελέγχεις και καταχωρίζεις τιμολόγια, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμφωνία τους με εντολές αγοράς και παραλαβές.
- Επιλύεις αποκλίσεις και σχετικά ερωτήματα από διαεταιρικούς προμηθευτές και πελάτες.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι διορθώσεις AP/AR για λάθη ή παραλείψεις.
- Εκτελείς μηνιαίες, τριμηνιαίες και ετήσιες διαεταιρικές συμφωνίες και επιλύεις αποκλίσεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με οικονομικές ομάδες για τη συλλογή οικονομικών δεδομένων και τη διευκόλυνση συναλλαγών.
- Υποστηρίζεις εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους παρέχοντας τεκμηρίωση και επεξηγήσεις.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των διαεταιρικών συναλλαγών με τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και τα λογιστικά πρότυπα.
- Υποστηρίζεις ad hoc αιτήματα από τοπικές επιχειρηματικές μονάδες και οικονομικές ομάδες.
- Συμβάλλεις σε πρωτοβουλίες βελτίωσης και εναρμόνισης διαδικασιών στο SSC.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαεταιρική λογιστική, διαεταιρικές συμφωνίες και λογιστικές εγγραφές
- Invoice processing και διορθώσεις Accounts payable and accounts receivable adjustments
- ERP systems, με έμφαση σε SAP S/4HANA
- MS Office, Microsoft Excel και Google Sheets
- Month-end closing και Financial data analysis
- Accounting standards compliance, Audit support και Process improvement
