- Εντοπίζεις, ποσοτικοποιείς και διαχειρίζεσαι ευκαιρίες οικονομίας και βελτίωσης έργων μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση
- Συνεισφέρεις στην ευθυγράμμιση και κοινές πρακτικές της παγκόσμιας ομάδας αγορών ναυτιλίας
- Δημιουργείς δίκτυο με βασικούς εσωτερικούς stakeholders και προάγεις τη συνεργασία τους
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την αξιολόγηση απόδοσης της κατηγορίας και αναφέρεις αποτελέσματα περιοδικά
- Είσαι υποστηρικτικός και προκλητικός συνεργάτης προς τους εσωτερικούς stakeholders για βελτιωτικά έργα
- Ορίζεις και εφαρμόζεις εξατομικευμένες SLA για τη λειτουργική συνεργασία με το εσωτερικό shipping
- Καλλιεργείς και διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με ιδιοκτήτες πλοίων και φορείς ναυτιλίας
- Παρακολουθείς την εξέλιξη της αγοράς στις υποκατηγορίες της χύδην ναυτιλίας και ενημερώνεις τους stakeholders
- Υποστηρίζεις τις εμπορικές ομάδες με κοστολογικές ενδείξεις και ευκαιρίες αποστολών
- Διατηρείς και ενημερώνεις χρηματοοικονομικά και επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα αποδόσεων
- Προάγεις και συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην αυτοματοποίηση και στη χρήση εργαλείων, ειδικά με εφαρμογές AI
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας με έμφαση στη ναυτιλία και μεταφορές
- Γνώση Βιομηχανίας Χύδην Ναυτιλίας και κανονισμών
- Στρατηγικές Αγορές και Διαπραγμάτευση Συμβολαίων σε διεθνές περιβάλλον
- Διαχείριση Στόχων Βιωσιμότητας και βελτιστοποίηση κόστους
- Διαχείριση Στελεχών, Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Πολυγλωσσία
- Χρήση Εργαλείων AI για αυτοματοποίηση και ανάλυση δεδομένων
