Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και οργανώνεις τα υλικά marketing και προβολής που χρησιμοποιεί το εμπορικό τμήμα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς τα πάγια εξοπλιστικά μέσα όπως ψυγεία και ψύκτες
- Παραλαμβάνεις, αποθηκεύεις, συλλέγεις και προετοιμάζεις υλικά για αποστολή ή χρήση
- Εκτελείς απογραφές υλικών και παγίων διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των αποθεμάτων
- Ελέγχεις τη διαθεσιμότητα και κατάσταση των υλικών πριν την αποστολή ή χρήση τους
- Συντονίζεις την επιστροφή και τακτοποίηση υλικών και παγίων μετά τη χρήση τους
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για τη σωστή ροή των υλικών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση υπολογιστών με έμφαση στο Microsoft Excel
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και υλικών
- Χρήση λογισμικών αποθήκης
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών για επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
- Συντονισμός και επικοινωνία με τμήματα και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες

Η Ηπειρωτική Βιομηχανία Εμφιαλώσεων Α.Ε. στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά έναν Warehouse Assets Specialist για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη περιοχή Αχαρναί Αττικής.
Αρμοδιότητες
Διαχείριση και οργάνωση των υλικών marketing και υλικών προβολής που χρησιμοποιούνται από το εμπορικό τμήμα (π.χ. διαφημιστικά stand, banners, δείγματα προϊόντων)
Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση των παγίων εξοπλισμών, όπως ψυγεία και ψύκτες
Παραλαβή, αποθήκευση, συλλογή και προετοιμασία των υλικών για αποστολή ή χρήση από τις αντίστοιχες ομάδες
Εκτέλεση απογραφών των υλικών και παγίων, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των αποθεμάτων
Έλεγχος για την διαθεσιμότητα και την κατάσταση των υλικών πριν την αποστολή ή χρήση τους
Συντονισμός της επιστροφής και τακτοποίησης των υλικών και παγίων μετά τη χρήση τους
Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα (εμπορικό, logistics) για τη σωστή ροή των υλικών
Απαιτήσεις
Γνώση υπολογιστών (Microsoft Office, ειδικά Excel)
Επιθυμητή ικανότητα χρήσης λογισμικών αποθήκης
Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων, με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και την τήρηση διαδικασιών
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών για επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και κατανόηση τεχνικών εγχειριδίων
Ικανότητα να εργάζεται υπό πίεση και σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα (δεν απαιτούνται αλλά θα εκτιμηθούν)
Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση αποθεμάτων ή εργασία σε αποθήκη
Εμπειρία στη χρήση λογισμικών αποθήκης ή συστημάτων διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων (π.χ. Tracer Factory ή αντίστοιχο)

The company commenced its business in 1992 by bottling Vikos natural mineral water from the homonymous spring, distributing it to the Greek and international markets. The company operates four state-of-the-art factories with vertically integrated manufacturing processes. Three factories bottle water and produce refreshments, while the fourth, PETCOM Plastics, manufactures PET preforms and closures for the packaging of water, refreshments, and milk.
Across its 87.800m2 facilities within a 260-acre area, the company utilizes 7 water springs, operates 33 production lines, and reaches a production capacity of 537.700 bottles/hour. In 2014, after two years of intensive R&D, the company entered the refreshments market with 8 different flavors, creating a new product category: Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
The line was further expanded in 2017 with 3 low glycemic index flavors sweetened from the stevia plant, and is since including Vikos Cola Stevia, Vikos Orangeade Stevia and Vikos Lemonade Stevia. In 2021, Vikos Cola Zero Sugar was launched, a Cola Zero produced with natural mineral water and a unique recipe. In 2022, the new Vikos Pink Grapefruit Soda enriched the mixers range.
All Vikos refreshments are produced with natural mineral water from the spring of Zagorochoria and use juice from Greek fruits. In the same year 2022 the company completed a €22mil. investment in the new factory in Kalpaki, Ioannina, entering the HO.RE.CA market with new glass and aluminum packaging for the Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
Continuing its investment in innovation and sustainable growth, in 2024 the company launched an ambitious €62.8 million investment plan under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with funding from the European Union-NextGenerationEU.
