Your skills
min. 3 years of experience in IT project management or relevant
Analytical mindset with process improvement and automation experience, including the ability to create process documentation (e.g., diagrams, flowcharts)
Creative, “outside-the-box” thinking, with the ability to develop multiple scenarios and solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior stakeholders
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced business environment
Experience with process automation, software development, UX/UI design and/or HR software platforms required (e.g., agile PM methodology / MS Power Apps / Workday, Oracle)
Ability to quickly understand the processes and systems
Your tasks
Act as the bridge between business, HR and IT, translating organizational needs and challenges into pragmatic, business-centred solutions
Partner with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy levels to identify risks and bottlenecks, define objectives and requirements, support informed decision-making and drive business results
Analyse and optimize HR processes, systems, data and reports to simplify workflows and realize automation opportunities
Proactively own and drive the project framework including the team set-up, allocation and prioritization of tasks, timelines and deliverables, the alignment between all relevant stakeholders, as well as the communication and roll-out planning
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot, configure, and improve HR processes, systems, data and reports ensuring smooth integrations and data accuracy
