- Διαδικασίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης

Your skills
7+ years of previous work experience (or equivalent) in Account and Bid management
C1 English
Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
Critical thinking and understanding company objectives
Your tasks
Lead a team with focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets for renewals and new business
Have a proper governance for team meetings and 1:1s, aimed to develop the team, manage their performance and ensure on-time achievement of milestones
Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy
Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers
Ensure team members have the knowledge, training and resources they need to carry out their work
Manage HR-related topics such as annual leave planning, disciplinary actions, etc.
