is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Dynamic & Growing Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to Sales Managers in all aspects of business in the Greek Market (wholesalers and EPC technical companies).
• Prepares commercial offers within deadlines.
• Cooperates closely with technical and costing department in order to offer the suitable product, meeting customer’s technical requirements.
• Provides pre-sales and after-sales assistance.
• Updates cost catalogues in cooperation with management and assists in forecast, budget and reporting.
• SAP key user for the sales department.
• Participates in development of new products when required.
• Supports specific accounts, acting as the contact point from request for proposal to delivery of the order.
• Handles order placement and monitoring. Coordinates with all departments involved (engineering, production, quality control, logistics) for the order execution.
• Monitors customer payments, bank guarantees, LCs and credit limits applications, in coordination with finance department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (TEI) or technical background.
• 1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in technical sales of industrial equipment.
• Commercial or business experience will be considered an asset.
• Excellent skills in MS excel.
• Familiarity with ERP will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being customer & results oriented.
• Taking ownership of the work, by following up and expediting procedures as required to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactive and dedicated to detail.
• Flexible and able to work within tight timeframe, highly energetic and motivated.
• Strong ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and handle multiple tasks.
