- Εντοπίζεις και υλοποιείς βελτιώσεις στις παραγωγικές διαδικασίες σε συνεργασία με την Παραγωγή και την Τεχνική ομάδα
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες για αναγνώριση δυνητικών κινδύνων και ανάπτυξη σχεδίων μετριασμού
- Συλλέγεις και αναλύεις στατιστικά δεδομένα ποιότητας για τον εντοπισμό περιοχών βελτίωσης
- Ετοιμάζεις και παρουσιάζεις αναφορές Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας με βασικούς δείκτες απόδοσης
- Υποστηρίζεις και προετοιμάζεις ελέγχους ποιότητας πελατών και τρίτων μερών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Αρχές Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου και Συστήματα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας
- Εργαλεία επίλυσης προβλημάτων (8D report, 5Whys, Fishbone) και Ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Lean και Six Sigma για βελτίωση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών
- Στατιστική Ανάλυση για υποστήριξη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
- Ομαδική Εργασία και Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες για συνεργασία με ομάδες
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας και Οργανωτικές ικανότητες για διαχείριση πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Hellenic Cables S.A. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance department in Eleonas Plant.
Role Description
Investigate product quality issues, establishing problem-solving tools (8D report, 5Whys, Fishbone) in order to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction
Coordinate of corrective and preventing actions derived from quality issues
Identify and implement, manufacturing process improvements which will improve capability and performance, collaborating with Production and Technical team
Implement of a suitable process to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize or eliminate those risks.
Collect quality data and analyze (statistically based) in order to identify possible areas for improvements
Prepare and present Quality Assurance reports with KIPs and metrics
Prepare and Support for Client's and 3rd Party Quality Audits
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
3 years of industrial experience
Experience in Quality Assurance principles, Quality management systems and Business Improvement tools are highly desirable, e.g. Lean, and Six Sigma.
Critical thinking and in depth problem-solving skills
Strong ability in data analysis, and being able to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Teamwork and communication skills
Flexible and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
English language in professional level
