is seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER to join our team in our Fulgor’s Plant in Corinth, that focuses on the production of high and extra high voltage submarine cables, being one of the most advanced factories in the world

Duties and responsibilities

• Analyze, identify and implement, manufacturing process improvements which will improve capability and performance, collaborated with the Product Development team
• Plan, and implement process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, etc.
• Create and maintain plant documentation, such as quality procedures, standard works, etc.
• Suggest solutions to identifιed product and process problem
• lnvestigate product quality issues, establishing problem-solving tools (8D report, 5Whys, Fishbone) in order to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent execution as well as efficient product manufacturing
• Collect quality data and analyze (statistically based) in order to identify possible areas for improvements
• ldentify and propose key KPls for quality assurance
• Prepare and present Quality Assurance reports and metrics
• Participate on Client's and/or 3rd Party body Quality Audits

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Sense of ownership of own performance
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
• Time-management skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• English language (Strong written and verbal communication skills)
