HELLENIC CABLES S.A. 

is seeking a Document Controller to join our dynamic & fast-growing Project Management Office in Marousi.

The Document Controller is responsible for all document exchanges between all parties in a project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & Maintain all projects documentation.

• Act as a first point of contact for document related issues.

• Responsible for the prompt distribution of project-related copies to all stakeholders.

• File documents in digital and rarely in physical records.

• Create templates for future use.

• Responsible for the quality aspect of a document (i.e. grammar, spelling and layout of text).

• Responsible for the submission and preparation of the final documentation packages as per contract requirements.

• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree

• Hands-on experience with MS Office & MS Excel.

• Effective teamwork skills.

• Ability to provide timely and effective communications to all levels of the organization.

• Strong organization skills to prioritize workload and ability to multitask.

• Excellent Greek & English knowledge, both verbally and in the written language.

• Proven working experience as a Project Administrator or similar role will be considered an asset.

• Fluent in German will be considered an asset.
