We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to take on a pivotal role within a leading Multinational Industrial organization. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, as you will guide a large Talent Acquisition team, shape and execute global hiring strategies, and play a key role in workforce planning alongside senior leadership. With a strong focus on Employer Branding, partner management, and continuous improvement, you will contribute directly to building a best-in-class recruitment function and strengthening the company’s position as an employer of choice.

You are responsible for
Lead, develop, and provide strategic direction to a large Talent Acquisition team
Design and implement the global recruitment strategy, aligned with business objectives
Contribute to workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership
Develop and drive the Employer Branding strategy at an international level
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
Manage, select, and evaluate external partners (recruitment agencies, RPOs, platforms, assessment providers, etc.)
Monitor KPIs and leverage data to support strategic decision-making
Optimize processes and introduce innovative Talent Acquisition tools and practices
Stay up to date with global labor market trends and integrate best practices
Your Education & Qualifications are
BSc / MSc in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition
Proven experience leading teams
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments (ideally within multinational or industrial settings)
Hands-on experience with Employer Branding initiatives
Fluency in English
You are a professional with
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
