We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller – CapEx to join our client’s team, a Multinational Leader with activities around the globe, and contribute to large-scale investment projects. If you have a strong background in Big 4 auditing, capital expenditure management, or project finance, this is an opportunity to work on flagship projects within a dynamic international environment.

BSc / MSc Finance, Accounting

You are responsible for

• Lead and monitor CapEx budgets for projects

• Prepare investment appraisals (ROI, NPV, IRR) and business cases

• Track project progress, analyze cost variances, and advise on corrective actions

• Contribute to the Month End Close process and compare vs Budget

• Collaborate with technical, legal, and executive teams to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare regular management reports for senior leadership and investors

• Act as the liaison between Finance and other Functions for various ongoing matters

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)

• 5 years approx. of experience in CapEx/project finance, ideally in service, hospitality, manufacturing, energy, auditing, Big 4, or similar sector

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
