On behalf of a leading multinational organization with a strong global presence and major ongoing capital investments we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join its Capital Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects within a dynamic international environment, supporting complex projects from estimation through construction and project close-out.

You are responsible for
Prepare CAPEX estimates, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements across multiple disciplines
Support tendering, procurement, and commercial evaluations
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications
Participate in risk analysis and cost validation activities
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors
Your Education & Qualifications are
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
4–8 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, EPCM, or technical project environments
Experience within construction companies, engineering consultancies, contractors, or similar technical organizations will be highly valued
Strong understanding of cost control, contracts, and project delivery
Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) will be considered an advantage
