quantity surveyor / cost engineer – capital projects

On behalf of a leading multinational organization with a strong global presence and major ongoing capital investments we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join its Capital Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects within a dynamic international environment, supporting complex projects from estimation through construction and project close-out.

You are responsible for

• Prepare CAPEX estimates, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements across multiple disciplines

• Support tendering, procurement, and commercial evaluations

• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications

• Participate in risk analysis and cost validation activities

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors

Your Education & Qualifications are

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, EPCM, or technical project environments

• Experience within construction companies, engineering consultancies, contractors, or similar technical organizations will be highly valued

• Strong understanding of cost control, contracts, and project delivery

• Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) will be considered an advantage
