You are responsible for

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Supervise, train, and coordinate the maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians

• Diagnose equipment issues and ensure timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities in coordination with production and operational requirements

• Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including logs and maintenance history

• Manage and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory

• Liaise with equipment suppliers and external contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service agreements

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance

• Maintain and update records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Oversee all maintenance activities related to industrial equipment and facility infrastructure

Your Education & Qualifications are

• BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, hydraulics, CMMS software, or related fields) will be considered an asset

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role

• Proven experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance practices

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

• Proficiency in maintenance planning and CMMS tools

• Budget management and spare parts inventory control skills

• Strong leadership, organizational, and personnel management abilities
