You are responsible for

• Perform regular inspections of industrial equipment, production areas, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with internal and legal safety standards Identify potential hazards and non-conformities, and propose targeted prevention and mitigation strategies

• Monitor daily operations and enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures on the production floor

• Ensure proper selection, availability, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff

• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on Health & Safety topics tailored to industrial environments

• Investigate accidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of risk control measures

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Occupational Risk Assessments

• Input and manage H&S data through the company’s digital systems and platforms

• Track and analyze Health & Safety KPIs, generating reports and insights for management

• Collaborate with the Occupational Physician on risk identification and health issue prevention strategies for industrial personnel

• Actively support the implementation and ongoing management of the ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System in the industrial setting

Your Education & Qualifications are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Health & Safety role within an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Solid understanding of Greek and EU Health & Safety legislation and ISO 45001 standards

• Health & Safety certification or license (e.g., Safety Technician/Engineer certification) will be considered a strong asset
