On behalf of a leading multinational organization with a strong global presence and major ongoing capital investments we are seeking a Cost Engineer – Project Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects within a dynamic international environment, supporting complex projects from estimation through construction and project close-out.

You are responsible for
Supports the preparation of detailed Estimating Plans (methodologies, accuracy, WBS alignment, allowances, escalation, contingency)
Prepares the Basis of Estimate (BoE) for review and approval by the CPM Compile CAPEX estimates
Apply estimating factors for disciplines (civils, structural steel, platework, piping, electrical, instrumentation)
Measure earthworks, civils, steelwork, platework, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and other quantities
Provide input into the preparation of enquiry and tender documentation, including scope, specifications, schedules, and commercial requirements, in coordination with Supply Chain
Support the development and validation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and contribute to tender clarification processes, including participation in site visits and clarification meetings as required
Measure completed work based on IFC drawings
Reports on variations for the CPM’s review, assessment, negotiation with the contractor and approval
Prepare detailed monthly cost reports for construction packages
Your Education & Qualifications are
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
4–8 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, EPCM, or technical project environments
Experience within construction companies, engineering consultancies, contractors, or similar technical organizations will be highly valued
Strong understanding of cost control, contracts, and project delivery
Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) will be considered an advantage
