You are responsible for
Ensure the efficient operation of financial processes and full compliance with IFRS standards
Coordinate Reporting, Rolling Forecasting, Budgeting, and Monthly Financial Reporting activities
Monitor cash flow and key financial performance indicators
Optimize and oversee costing methodologies and cost control processes
Monitor and implement regulatory and tax-related changes (e.g., myDATA requirements)
Review and control expense entries, fixed assets, shipping documents, and expense reports
Support various factory departments through financial analysis and reporting
Organize and develop departmental processes using modern technological tools and systems
Lead, coordinate, and mentor the accounting team
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems and internal control procedures
Your Education & Qualifications are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
Proven experience with IFRS and financial reporting
Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
Good command of the English language
