You are responsible for

• Ensure the efficient operation of financial processes and full compliance with IFRS standards

• Coordinate Reporting, Rolling Forecasting, Budgeting, and Monthly Financial Reporting activities

• Monitor cash flow and key financial performance indicators

• Optimize and oversee costing methodologies and cost control processes

• Monitor and implement regulatory and tax-related changes (e.g., myDATA requirements)

• Review and control expense entries, fixed assets, shipping documents, and expense reports

• Support various factory departments through financial analysis and reporting

• Organize and develop departmental processes using modern technological tools and systems

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor the accounting team

• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors

• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems and internal control procedures

Your Education & Qualifications are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position

• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation

• Proven experience with IFRS and financial reporting

• Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications

• Good command of the English language
