- Ορίζεις και αναπτύσσεις το χαρτοφυλάκιο προϊόντων σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες πελατών, τις τάσεις της αγοράς και τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους
- Διαχειρίζεσαι στρατηγικές τιμολόγησης, αναλύσεις ανταγωνισμού και λίστες τιμών προϊόντων
- Παρακολουθείς τις εξελίξεις στην αγορά, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ανταγωνισμού aftermarket, της γήρανσης στόλου και των τάσεων ηλεκτροκίνησης
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες για αύξηση πωλήσεων OEM ανταλλακτικών, αύξηση μεριδίου αγοράς και ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών προϊόντων οικονομικής σειράς
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση προϊόντων μέσω KPI και εφαρμόζεις διορθωτικές ενέργειες, όπως καμπάνιες, εκπτώσεις και ρυθμίσεις τιμών
- Προβλέπεις τη ζήτηση και συνεργάζεσαι με το τμήμα Προμηθειών για διασφάλιση βέλτιστου αποθέματος, υψηλής διαθεσιμότητας και ελεγχόμενης αξίας αποθεμάτων
- Συντονίζεις εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς μετόχους σε όλη την αλυσίδα εφοδιασμού
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια των πληροφοριών προϊόντος σε όλα τα σημεία επαφής με πελάτες και υποστηρίζεις την υλοποίηση ψηφιακών καμπανιών και ενημερώσεων περιεχομένου ιστοσελίδας

- Προχωρημένη γνώση Microsoft Excel και χρήση συστημάτων ERP

Define and develop the product portfolio in line with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Manage pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and product price lists.
Monitor market developments, including aftermarket competition, fleet aging, and electrification trends.
Identify opportunities to grow OEM parts sales, increase market share, and develop economy-line product strategies.
Track product performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions, including campaigns, discounts, and pricing adjustments.
Forecast demand and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure optimal inventory levels, high availability, and controlled stock value.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.
Ensure accurate product information across all customer touchpoints and support the implementation of digital campaigns and website content updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Passion for the automotive industry and strong understanding of the OEM/aftermarket environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, manage large datasets, and translate insights into business actions.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
