- Συμφωνείς λογαριασμούς πελατών και προμηθευτών
- Επικοινωνείς με πελάτες για θέματα τιμολογίων, πληρωμών και υπόλοιπα λογαριασμών
- Παρακολουθείς λογαριασμούς πελατών και υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία συλλογής απαιτήσεων
- Βοηθάς στις εργασίες κλεισίματος μήνα
- Διατηρείς ακριβή οικονομικά αρχεία και διασφαλίζεις την ακεραιότητα των δεδομένων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και οικονομικές λειτουργίες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 0+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Βασικές αρχές λογιστικής και προετοιμασία τιμολογίων
- Ικανότητα συμφωνίας λογαριασμών και παρακολούθησης λογαριασμών πελατών
- Εμπειρία και γνώση SAP και Microsoft Excel
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και σχέσεων για επικοινωνία με πελάτες
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ακεραιότητα δεδομένων και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Διάθεση για μάθηση και συνεργασία σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον
- Λογιστική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy communicating with customers, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and maintain accounting records and financial transactions in SAP.
Prepare, issue, and verify invoices and other accounting documents.
Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and outstanding issues.
Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of accounting or finance experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with or knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
