quality admin

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization of various aspects of the department including audit visits, scheduling, statistics, finance and compliance reporting in line with legislation and QMS systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Works closely with quality and hotel teams relating to QMS requirements for auditing and reporting.
• Works closely with the HR Department to maintain and optimize processes including annual training plan implementation.
• Cooperates with the Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Finance support for department.
• Communication with external partners.
• Internal database support relating to data compliance of QMS requirements.
• Interest in developing audit skills.

 Qualifications:

• Business School / Hotel School Degree.
• Administration experience with a hotel background would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Fluency in English.

• Effective communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
