Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις προηγμένη υποστήριξη και συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες για λύσεις SAP MM σε πελάτες διαφόρων κλάδων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και υλοποιείς αιτήματα αλλαγής, εξασφαλίζοντας βελτιώσεις και βελτιστοποιήσεις στο σύστημα
- Χειρίζεσαι περιστατικά και αιτήματα μέσω συστήματος ticketing, διασφαλίζοντας έγκαιρη και ποιοτική επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Υποστηρίζεις μικρότερα έργα SAP και συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση των περιβαλλόντων πελατών
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με πελάτες για την κατανόηση επιχειρηματικών αναγκών και παροχή αποτελεσματικών λύσεων και καθοδήγησης SAP MM
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο συντονισμού μεταξύ έργων υλοποίησης και λειτουργίες AMS για ομαλή συνέχεια υπηρεσιών
- Καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη της ομάδας και προωθείς τη διάχυση της γνώσης στην ομάδα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαμόρφωση και παραμετροποίηση SAP MM
- Υλοποιήσεις SAP S/4HANA και Εφαρμογές SAP Fiori
- Διαδικασίες logistics στο SAP
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων με πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία
- Αυτονομία στην εργασία και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
- Πληροφορική / Επιχειρησιακή Πληροφορικήκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
On behalf of our international client, a well-established technology consulting company with a strong global presence and decades of experience in SAP solutions, we are looking for a SAP MM Consultant to join their growing team in Greece. The position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or from their offices in Thessaloniki.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide advanced support and consulting services for SAP MM solutions across customers from various industries
Manage and implement change requests, ensuring system enhancements and optimizations are delivered efficiently
Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution
Support smaller SAP projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer environments
Collaborate closely with customers to understand business needs and provide effective SAP MM solutions and guidance
Act as a key point of coordination between implementation projects and AMS operations to ensure seamless service continuity
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture of the team
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with strong focus on SAP MM
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and familiarity with SAP Fiori applications
Excellent understanding of logistics processes within SAP environments
Hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and customization
Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international teams
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
Additional experience in SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP WM/EWM or Backend Development will be considered a plus
