- Ικανότητες διοίκησης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Άριστα ελληνικά και άριστα αγγλικά
- Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Προχωρημένη χρήση MS Office
- Business / Science / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση

Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Trade Operations Officer (client facing role).
The role in more details:
Support key Trade Operations activities related to order, invoicing and distribution of products to customers:
Order processing in SAP
Administration of B2B through platform for customer orders
Management of customer requests and complaints
Legal documents administration for public sector (Delivery notes and invoices)
Reporting
To be successful at this role you need the following :
University degree in Business Discipline or Science
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
MBA or Masters Degree would be considered an asset
Excellent command of Greek & English language
Customer centric mentality
Problem Solving skills
Advanced communication skills
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong SAP capabilities
Advanced MS office user
