The role in more details:

  • Provide payroll services to corporate clients

  • Identify and propose solutions to various issues

  • Deliver excellent client service

  • Work in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen

  • Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity

To be successful in this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience, in payroll and HR service

  • Experience in the public sector will be an asset

  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for client deliverables and communications

  • Good knowledge of Payroll Software Programs and MS Office

  • Knowledge and experience in the information system of ERGANI

  • Committed to excellence; efficient and effective when it comes to deadlines

  • Effective communication and rapport building skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver high rapport-building quality services and solutions

  • An extremely high work ethic

  • Motivation for career progression and development

  • Military Obligations completed
